Back and better than ever! Less than a month after leaving rehab for an eating disorder, Kesha stepped onto the red carpet at the Humane Society of the United States' 60th Anniversary Gala looking healthy and happy in a stunning black gown with a sparkly, sheer bottom.
The "Timber" singer wore her hair short with pink and green streaks and minimal makeup.
After checking into rehab in January, Kesha, who took the $ out of her name, thanked her fans for their support when she left on March 6.
"Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music I can't thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me," she wrote.
