Purple reign! Khloé Kardashian opted for a daring look on her July 2016 Glamour Mexico cover. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 32, rocked a glittering purple lip with a matching dress.
Kardashian was dressed by her longtime stylist Monica Rose in a burgundy halter-neck piece that displayed her tanned shoulders. Celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin added a few extensions to Kardashian’s stick straight lob with a center part. But the most noticeable element was KoKo’s lips.
The Revenge Body host, who usually opts for pinks and nudes, went bold for the cover, which teased the story about how she’s “mejor que nunca,” or “better than ever.” In a June 25 Instagram, makeup artist Joyce Bonelli revealed that she used a Kylie Lip Kit shade as well as Tom Ford products for the colorful look. She also gave Kardashian smoldering eyes with plenty of lashes.
“So excited to be @glamourmexico!! Out on stands next week! Thanks to my team @monicarosestyle @jenatkinhair @joycebonelli for always making me smile and have fun when we are technically working,” Kardashian captioned an alternative cover, on which she wears a purple suede coat and the same plum lips.
Her ensemble is yet another addition to Kardashian’s statement-making outfits. To celebrate her 32nd birthday at Los Angeles’ Dave & Buster’s arcade on Monday, June 27, the Strong Looks Better Naked author stood out in a black leotard, denim cutoff shorts with a high waist, thigh-high stiletto boots and a leopard-print duster. She rocked long locks with a center part, just like on the Glamour Mexico cover.
