The brunette-again star seemed slightly uncomfortable in the trousers, which appeared to be cutting into her waist, and pulled them up several times while getting out of her car.
Kardashian has been hard at work dropping her pregnancy weight since giving birth to her daughter in June 2013. She's shown off a series of sultry selfies, flaunting her new trim physique.
As she prepares for a sure-to-be elaborate summer wedding — possibly held at Paris' Versailles Palace — to fiancé Kanye West, Kardashian remains focused on staying in shape. She's admitted to using the Atkins diet to lose weight and going on hikes with her family. And after a tough pregnancy in the public eye, she has changed her approach to fame.
"It really hurt my soul," Kardashian said on The Tonight Show in October 2013 of the negative publicity surrounding her weight gain. "It changed how I am in public. I've tried to live more of a private life."
