Sexy throwback! Just two weeks after giving birth to Saint West on December 5 — and hours after revealing she'd already lost 17 pregnancy pounds — Kim Kardashian got nostalgic and shared behind-the-scenes photos from her 2007 shoot with Playboy magazine via Instagram on December 15.

In the pics, the mom of two, 35, rocked a plunging red bodysuit with pinup frills at the thighs. Her tresses were done up Old Hollywood–style, parted on the side with soft, brushed waves.

"I found these old photos from my December 2007 Playboy Magazine shoot by Hype Williams and had to post them!" Kardashian wrote on her website, Kimkardashianwest.com. "Awww, I look like a baby LOL!"
The Selfish author then posted yet another shot of herself, this time in a white cutout monokini and nude peep-toe pumps. The image had serious '70s vibes, with canary-yellow illustrated wallpaper and a ton of fluffy fur pillows. Kardashian's hair was teased up in a high-volume mod style. "Another throwback bts of my 2007 Playboy shoot," she captioned the picture.
Despite her posts on her app, Instagram, and Twitter, Kardashian has said she's not ready to fully reveal her post-baby bod just yet. On a December 14 live stream, the businesswoman revealed that she gained 60 pounds over the course of her pregnancy, and that she hopes to get down to 120, which is slightly below what she was at the time of her 2014 Florentine nuptials to Kanye West. "It's not even about how I look," she concluded the stream. "I know I have been on social media a little bit, but I wanted this time to not have to care or post something about myself."
