Because they make women look shorter and wider, horizontal stripes are every girl’s worst enemy, unless your name is Kristin Cavallari. The Fabulist host, 27, dared to wear a striped maxi dress on Oct. 23, in Los Angeles — and still look enviably thin.
The mom of sons Camden, 2, and Jaxon, 5 months, opted for the black and white Striped Out Long Sleeve Midi Dress by Bardot ($110, coming soon to Nordstrom).
She paired the hot find with black ankle booties from her line with Chinese Laundry, dark sunglasses, and a large Celine tote bag.
The shoe designer looked super relaxed in the affordable find, but given the choice between comfort and style — the answer is a no-brainer. “I’m about style first and foremost,” Cavallari told Us Weekly in Sept at her Kristin Cavallari by Chinse Laundry Spring 2015 collection launch.
