Lauren Conrad got herself into a hairy — and hilarious — situation with celeb hairstylist Kristin Ess when the Paper Crown designer took the spring trend of full eyebrows to a whole new level.

Ess, who is responsible for the 28-year-old author's long beach-blonde hair, apparently convinced the newly engaged star to sport a unibrow — if only temporarily.
"I refuse to waste a good extension scrap #boldbrowsforspring," Ess wrote on Instagram on March 26.
While we can't say that Conrad will keep the brow, the playful picture also reveals longer hair for Conrad, who just recently rocked stick-straight hair that fell to below her clavicle. Conrad clearly isn't afraid to play with length — but there is one place she won't go when it comes to her hair. "I'm not a big fan of purple as a color," she told Us Weekly. "It looks great on [other people] but not me."
