Bring it on, haters!

After her debate-stirring (and bounty-summoning!) Vogue cover from February, Lena Dunham looks stunning on the April issue of Glamour. The Girls star and creator rocks a major cat-eye and a sleek style for her short hair on the cover.

Wearing a Rag & Bone dress, Dunham, 27, has her bob styled sleek and straight, a la Charlize Theron at the 2014 Oscars. The short style, she says, suits her better than any other length. "I have real hair impatience and I cut my hair off really short about a year and a half ago," she reveals in a behind-the-scenes video. "It was completely liberating. I felt more like myself than I ever had before. Now I'm kind of growing it out a little, working with a fifth-grade school girl look. But I'm sure I'll go back to it because having short hair is delightful and makes you feel incognito in a really cool way."

Whereas the dramatic eye makeup shows off Dunham's brown eyes, she is more of a low-key beauty girl. "I feel prettier with a naked face and ChapStick," she says in the issue.

Dunham also revealed that her acting future is uncertain. "I don't know if I'm going to want to act anymore," she says. "I'm always relieved on the days I don't have to. I'd rather give parts to other women than be the woman having the parts."

In January, Jezebel offered $10,000 for the unretouched images of Dunham's February 2014 Vogue cover spread. "Some sh-t is just too ridiculous to engage," Dunham tweeted about the bounty. "Way cooler when people do things out of pure blind spite than out of faux altruism."
