Sizzling style!
Natalie Portman dazzled in a plunging gown for the opening ceremony of the 6th Beijing International Film Festival on Saturday, April 16.
The Jane Got a Gun actress, 34, smoldered in the down-to-there Dior Haute Couture design, which featured multicolored embroidery and a black waist detail. She paired the head-turning number with black sandals, a matching Dior clutch, a delicate bracelet and a set of rose-themed earrings (both by Dior Fine Jewellery).
In keeping with the sleek style of the fitted dress, Portman swept her hair back in an elegant low chignon, parted in the center. Her makeup softened the look with a sweet, romantic vibe that included rosy cheeks and a slight berry lip.
Portman’s sexy dresses didn’t stop there. While introducing her directorial debut, A Tale of Love and Darkness, the Oscar winner also stunned in a tea-length frock with an illusion neckline and embroidered florals.
While Portman, who shares son Aleph, 4, with her husband since 2012, Benjamin Millepied, flashed some skin on the red carpet, it is a departure from the Miss Dior ambassador’s more retro style of coat dresses and traditional silhouettes. Which is why she’s the perfect actress to play iconic fashionista Jackie Kennedy in the anticipated biopic, Jackie, coming out in 2017.
The film will follow the first lady in the days after her husband John F. Kennedy’s assassination on November 22, 1963.
