Bling, bling! One week after her Palm Springs, California, nuptials to Gary Clark Jr., Nicole Trunfio unveiled her dainty, diamond-encrusted wedding band via Instagram.
Sharing a close-up on her hand via Instagram on Sunday, April 24, Trunfio, 30, quoted Nina Simone's "Feeling Good" in the caption: "Birds flying high you know how I feel / Sun in the sky you know how I feel / Breeze driftin' on by you know how I feel / It's a new dawn / It's a new day / It's a new life for me / And I'm feeling good."

The supermodel, who married her Grammy-winning musician love in a small ceremony at the Colony Palms Hotel on Tuesday, April 19, designed both her 4-carat cushion-cut diamond engagement ring, set in rose gold, and the complementary pavé-studded wedding band.
