You glow, girl!
Spring’s arrival may be moving at a snail’s pace, but Pat McGrath wants to help everyone fake a flawless glow. The world-renowned makeup artist just announced Skin Fetish 003, the latest kit from Pat McGrath Labs. The three-piece collection includes pressed powder, a dual-end highlighter and balm and a buffer brush. It comes in two versions: Golden, a less-intense rendition of last October’s coveted Gold 001; and Nude, an approachable pink-ivory shimmer.
Consider this kit a happy medium among her previous two releases: Gold 001 included 24-karat pigment, while December’s Phantom 002, which boasted bold blue, copper and fuchsia hues, was dedicated to “hard-core glamour.”
“It’s just a fun new way to show women — and men — how to use shimmer,” the creative design director of P&G Beauty told Vogue.
While the lab isn’t available until late April, some eagle-eyed fashionistas may recognize the shine: She first used the product at Valentino’s most recent runway show in Paris on March 8. And McGrath also gave Kim Kardashian the “ultimate highlight” with the kit, too.
The $72 Skin Fetish 003 will be available on patmcgrath.com on April 26, and it hits sephora.com on May 10. But act fast — Pat McGrath Labs is only producing 25,000 kits.
