It’s only been two months since Scarlett Johansson gave birth to her first child—a daughter, Rose, with fiancé Romain Dauriac—on Sept. 4, but the hot mama is already back in fighting form!
Johansson, 29, appeared happy, healthy, and already slim at the Theory of Everything screening on Nov. 3. For the occasion, she wore a checkered, double-breasted dress, a piece she paired with tangerine-toed scalloped Sophia Webster heels.
The Avengers actress, who can next be seen as the Black Widow in 2015’s Age of Ultron, styled her blonde pixie by simply tucking it behind each ear. Even with minimal makeup, the new mom, who’s already slim as a superhero, still glowed!
This is Johansson’s first red carpet event since giving birth, and it was a heartfelt one! The Tony Award-winning actress hosted the New York City screening in honor of her The Other Boleyn Girl costar, Eddie Redmayne, whose portrayal of the ALS-ridden physicist, Stephen Hawking, is already creating Oscar buzz.
While the Lucy star has been spotted in New York lately—often in sleek gym clothes, hinting that she’s been busy getting her post-baby body back to its famous hourglass shape—Johansson told Craig Ferguson back in March that she’s yet to settle on a country to raise her little girl in.
“I’ve been thinking lately it’s good to move to like some faraway country where you can ski,” the actress quipped. “I was thinking maybe it would be nice to move to Switzerland. Fresh air and it’s idyllic and they have fondue.”
