The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show gets bigger and better every year.
The annual event — taped Nov. 8 at the Lexington Avenue Armory in New York City — airs Tuesday, Dec. 4, at 10 p.m. EST on CBS. Us Weekly‘s beauty director Gwen Flamberg went backstage with Victoria’s Secret Angels Alessandra Ambrosio and Erin Heatherton before they strutted their stuff on the catwalk.
“I’m excited to wear the $2.5 million floral fantasy bra by London Jewelers,” Ambrosio, 31, told Us. “I have one bodyguard that keeps staring at the bra the whole time.”
To look her best on the runway, Ambrosio — who welcomed her second child, son Noah, in May 2012 — said she eats “lots of vegetables, greens and lean proteins.” She also varies her workout, which includes Pilates, yoga and spinning classes.
“I’ve been doing a lot of Soul Cycle lately,” the Brazilian beauty said. “It’s intense, but it’s a good sweat.”
Heatherton, 23, told Us she was eager to open the calendar girl section of the show. “It’s like a walking pinup calendar that a boy would have in his room, so I love it. I’m wearing this sash that says ‘Happy New Year’ on it and pink lingerie and a Swarovski crystal hat,” the blonde model said. “It’s just really sexy and fun.”
