She missed the old Tay Tay! For most of the spring, Taylor Swift switched up her look in a major way. On Thursday, June 23, Swift tapped into her country roots with a black-and-white gingham sundress at the Taylor Swift Education Center at The Country Music Hall of Fame. She paired her Mason Dress by The Reformation ($178, thereformation.com) with black Seychelles Little Owl sandals. She wore her hair, a noticeably warmer shade than her Met Gala–era white blonde, bone-straight and did that “red lip, classic thing that you like.” A black Rebecca Minkoff Mara Saddle Bag housed her necessities.

Her bordeaux crop top (that still hid her belly button!) had a deep U neckline while a matching skirt hit below the knee. Instead of her platform shoes, she stayed down to earth in black ballet flats and carried the same Rebecca Minkoff purse from Tuesday.
