These ladies did a stylish cell block tango—all the way to the SAG Awards!

Uzo Aduba, Laverne Cox, Natasha Lyonne, and all the winning ladies of Orange Is the New Black took the stage inside L.A.’s Shrine Auditorium at the 2015 Screen Actors Guild Awards on Jan. 25 to accept their Best Cast statuette—and boy, do these inmates know how to glam up!

To play characters like Aduba’s “Crazy Eyes” or Taryn Manning‘s “Pennsatucky,” the nearly all-female cast of the Netflix hit get major make-unders when filming. As jailbirds, it’s all about the messy hair, the minimal makeup, and the colorless, shapeless separates.

But for their night out of the penitentiary, each lady ditched the jumpsuits (and no, not an Emma Stone at the Golden Globes jumpsuit!) for couture ensembles. Aduba, 33, brought the sunshine in a perforated, lemon dress by Angel Sanchez. Meanwhile, Cox, 30, chose vintage-glam in a blush-toned Johanna Johnson gown, intricately beaded at the collar and waistline.

As the cast took the stage to accept their award, a grinning Aduba told the members of the Guild, “Thank you so much. We are incredibly grateful for this tremendous honor.”

Simple and sweet—but that wasn’t all she had to say. The actress, whose character is a fan favorite, got emotional when she accepted the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series award earlier that night.

Tearing up, she told the crowd, “I just really, really, really truly want to say, the day I got this job was the day I stopped acting and to be in a room with all you amazing human beings, amazing talents, for what I respect so much and love so much, is really truly the greatest honor.”

Notably missing? The series’s star, Taylor Schilling, though she did tweet her congratulates to her castmates. “Congratulationssss to @UzoAduba and the entire utterly brilliant cast of #oitnb on the @SAGawards,” she wrote.
