With the 2017 Victoria's Secret Fashion show airing tonight at 10:00 p.m. EST on CBS, it's time to take a look at how the models got their bodies ready to strut their stuff. Ever wonder how the sexiest women on Earth get their glow from head-to-toe? Five Angels including veteran Alessandra Ambrosio and Lais Ribiero, who modeled the brand’s iconic Diamond Bra down the runway, spilled their body and beauty prep plans to Us Weekly’s Gwen Flamberg ahead of the show's taping on November 20th in Shanghai. Sara Sampaio

Stylish: What’s your hair removal strategy before the show?

Sampaio: I lasered all of my body a few years ago! Best decision I ever made.

Stylish: Do you self-tan or body bronze before the show?

Sampaio: It depends if I’ve been in the sun or not. I’m naturally tanned so last year I didn’t need one… This year I’m still debating.

Stylish: Do you switch up your diet?

Sampaio: I love pizza, bread and pasta, so I cut down on that and eat a lot of chicken, fish, fruit and veggies. Plus, I’ll work out four to five days a week.

Stylish: How do you get your hair ready?

Sampaio: I just keep doing what I do, I really don’t change my routine at all before the show! Just shampoo, moisturizer, and I’ll put some Morrocanoil treatment before drying.

Jasmine Tookes

Stylish: Which show is this for you?

Tookes: This will be my sixth. I’m so excited about the show being in Shanghai. I can’t wait to explore the city and learn more about their foods and culture.

Stylish: How will you stay fresh while traveling to Shanghai?

Tookes: I’ll take sheet masks for skin hydration on the long flight and brightening ones for my arrival.

Stylish: What are your smooth skin tricks?

Tookes: I use a lot of body oils and also do Coolaser treatments at Epione in Beverly Hills for any pigmentation.

Stylish: Any body secrets?

Tookes: I definitely like to add a little bonze body shimmer before hitting the runway

Alessandra Ambrosio

Stylish: How many shows have you walked in before this year?

Ambrosio: This is my 17th show!

Stylish: Do you self tan or body bronze before the show? 

Ambrosio: I live in California so I usually don’t spray tan before the show as I spend a lot of time outdoors with my friends and family so I get that sun kissed glow. 

Stylish: How do you prep your hair leading up to the show? Do you do any hair masks or get deep treatments? 

Ambrosio: I’ve been using Marajo products daily and that’s what keeps my hair shiny and healthy for the runway.

Stylish: What’s your biggest indulgence after the show?

Ambrosio: We always have a pizza party and it is so much fun!

Lais Ribiero

Stylish: You’re wearing the Fantasy Bra! When did you find out?

Ribiero: They usually mold to the model, but they told me at the fitting, so it was a total surprise. I cried so much!

Stylish: And you’ve tried the bra on? Worn it?

Ribiero: Oh, I spent the whole day with those babies on my chest.

Stylish: How do you tone up pre-runway?

Ribiero: Two months leading up to the show I mix it up: Pilates, boxing, lifting — something every day.

Stylish: Does your diet plan change?

Ribiero: I don’t really change my diet. I do eat a lot of protein because it’s good health of muscles. That’s all I’ll eat every single day before the show.

Josephine Skriver

Stylish: How many shows have you walked?

Skriver: I’ve walked four shows so far!

Stylish: How do you make sure your skin is smooth and even?

Skriver: I’m a big fan of dry-brushing. I also like to get a little spray tan backstage. It helps to accentuate muscle definition.

Stylish: Do you pack any pre-show emergency treatments?

Skriver: Not really. I like the classic ice to depuff and toothpaste for zits.

Stylish: What’s your hair removal strategy leading up to the show? Laser? Shaving? Waxing?

Skriver: We wear close to nothing so it’s a solid combination of all! Haha.
