Lip Smackers, the Lip Gloss of Our Youth, Will Stop Being Produced: But Is All Hope Lost?

Bonne Bell is ceasing production on Lip Smackers.
Nineties ladies who loved their Lip Smackers are mourning the news that Bonne Bell is ceasing production on the flavored balms.

But there is a silver lining: Markwins International announced on Thursday, Jan. 29, that it had bought out Bonne Bell, meaning that they could theoretically revive the gloss line. And for those of you traveling or based over the pond, Smackers will still be distributed in Europe, Australia, and Asia.
