Red-hot stunner! The latest Hollywood actress to join the redhead club is none other than former Transformers stunner Megan Fox. The new mom turned heads as she stalked through Los Angeles International Airport on Thursday, April 4 with a head full of freshly dyed locks.
Fox's new hair color is part of her transformation for her upcoming role as April O'Neil in Michael Bay's live-action Ninja Turtles film. The actress, 26, matched her bright red locks with a simple puffy coat, black tights, red-and-camoflouge high-tops and a pair of dark aviator sunglasses. (To nab the role, Fox recently mended fences with Bay, her Transformers director-producer, following a longstanding feud.)
And the This Is 40 bombshell is in good company. Red is quickly becoming the must-have hair color in Hollywood.
Earlier this week, Rachel McAdams was spotted rocking auburn-dyed tresses instead of her usual blonde. And before that, Glee actress Dianna Agron stepped out with Jessica Chastain-like locks in L.A. Modern Family star Ariel Winter also got in on the red-hot action last month, when she channeled another Ariel — Disney's Little Mermaid.
The new mom — Fox gave birth to baby Noah last September — was also accompanied by husband Brian Austin Green, 39, and little Noah himself as she made her way hastily through the terminal.
Late last month, the couple's 6-month-old son also made a rare public appearance with dad Green when the former Beverly Hills, 90210 actor took him out for a stroll around Soho in NYC.
The tiny tot was dressed warmly in a knit, sock-monkey hat and bundled up in a blanket for the afternoon stroll with dad.
"All I wanted to do my whole, whole life was have a baby, and now, I've finally done it," the actress told Marie Claire in a recent interview. "I just want to give Noah as much of myself as I can. And I want to have more kids. That is where my heart is."
