The image of Pamela Anderson's blonde locks flowing in the breeze as she runs down the beach in Baywatch has become iconic. But these days the 46-year-old star is known for her edgy, chic looks. First she chopped off her hair into a pixie cut in late October, and now she's dyed her short 'do, going brunette.
On Thursday, Dec. 5, Anderson attended an event at Art Basel in Miami, flaunting her new brown locks in an oversized top that read "Save the Artic," grey pants, and black flats.
Anderson's new look is significantly toned down from the dolled up style fans are used to.
On Nov. 7, the former Baywatch star explained her decision to cut off her iconic hair on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
"I just thought, you know, my hair had had a life," she told DeGeneres. "And I wanted to kind of put that behind me and start fresh. And I thought it'd be good for the marathon. And it was."
Anderson participated in the New York City Marathon on Nov. 5, finishing the 26.2-mile race in 5 hours and 41 minutes.
