Uma Thurman is 44 and fabulous—even without a stitch of makeup!
Taking a break from the set of her upcoming NBC miniseries The Slap, the Quentin Tarantino muse took a fresh-faced stroll around New York City on Thursday, Dec. 18.
Appearing to go without a single stitch of makeup, the former model looked gorgeous bundled up in a chocolate-colored cape, leather pants, and jade suede boots. Her trademark blonde waves were tucked up into her black beanie hat.
Though the mom of three—Maya, 16, Levon, 12, and Luna, 2—hasn’t starred in a big film since 2013’s Nymphomaniac: Vol. I and II, Thurman has been making quite the splash on the red carpet as of late, showcasing her long, lean figure in a series of black dresses. The Smash alum stunned in a strapless LBD at the Bambi Awards in November. And she followed that up with an ebony floor-sweeper, complete with bell sleeves, at the Golden Independent Film Awards in December.
While she’s been quite on-point in the style department, Thurman says she embraces the missteps, too. Remembering her much-debated 2004 Oscars dress by Christian Lacroix (the fluffy sleeves!), the Pulp Fiction actress told THR, “Everyone looked the same, everyone had it down to such a perfect T. You get bored. That’s when you have to say, ‘I will be worst-dressed.’”
