Kate Hudson‘s workout routine is anything but normal. For Allure‘s November issue, Hudson showed off her incredible body in a sheer dress and broke down her surprising fitness training.
But rather than following any particular regimen, the Rock the Kasbah star, 36, goes with the flow. “People think you need two hours a day to do it, and that’s bulls—t,” Hudson, who also has her own athleisure line, Fabletics, said. “If you work out 20 minutes a day in some way, you’re going to see changes. Like, I’ve had days where I have the kids — Ryder‘s on his bike, and I put Bing in a stroller — and I will run and sprint up hills. I do things that people would think look completely insane.”
The mom of two who has been linked to Nick Jonas, 23, has even been known to slink into a downward dog on an airplane and do Pilates with her puppy.
And this isn’t the last tip we’ll hear from Hudson. The Almost Famous star told Allure that she plans to write a book about “throwing perfection out the window. Not an advice book.” Goldie Hawn‘s daughter shared that the tome “is about finding what works for you. And I’ll share the things that have worked for me.”
