Khloe Kardashian Reveals She’s Lost 35 Pounds on Fitness Kick

Day-um! It’s no secret that Khloe Kardashian has been working on her fitness lately. And after she debuted her sexy new physique in Complex magazine’s recent spread, the reality star, 31, opened up about her weight loss on the Australian radio show Fitzy & Wippa

“It wasn’t that intense here because I’m still jet-lagged, but I make sure that I go [to the gym],” Kardashian, who is currently visiting Australia, said (via ABC News). “Even [after] 30 minutes you feel, ‘Okay, I feel good about myself.’ Then if you want to eat something or whatever, then you don’t feel as bad. Definitely when I’m in L.A., I go hard, and I’ve lost like 35 pounds.” 

Khloe is clearly dedicated to staying in shape. On July 30, she posted a photo on Twitter from an exercise class in Australia with her pal Malika Haqq, writing, “Even down unda and jet lagged, we will find a fitness class.”

After her impressive photo shoot, Khloe tweeted her thanks to big sister Kim Kardashian for her encouragement.

“I have to shout out and thank my incredibly supportive sister @kimkardashian for forcing me to do this complex shoot,” she wrote on July 27. “I have been procrastinating it because I was too scared to do the shoot! But Kimberly made me and had more confidence in me then I had myself!! I love you Keeks!”
