Lindsay Lohan "Concerned" She Immediately Has to Go to Rehab

Lindsay Lohan doesn't want to report directly from jail to a 90-day jail facility as ordered by a judge, her lawyer says.
"I think it would only be fair for her to be able to spend some time with her family and that's what she'd like for me to emphasize to Judge Revel," attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told Hollywood.tv outside of the Lynwood Correctional Facility, where Lohan, 24, is serving her two-week sentence.

"She's concerned. She wants to comply with the court's order... I think there's a push now for her to go directly to rehab, and we don't think that would be fair," added Holley.
Holley says that the actress is doing well behind bars.
"She's eating and drinking," she said. "She looks great."

When asked if jail is good for Lohan, Holley replied, "I don't think [jail is good for anyone]."
Over the weekend, Holley told UsMagazine.com that Lohan has "made some friends" behind bars.

The actress checked into prison on July 20 for violating her probation stemming from a 2007 DUI conviction.

90She's pathetic. I don't feel sorry for her going to jail at all. She was given many many chances when she went into several different rehabs and she chose not to get her drinking under control so she has no one to blame but herself. You make your own choices in life. She'll go through another rehab and do it all over again. She's a spoiled,rich brat who thinks she don't deserve to have this happen to her. Live and learn!!!
paris hilton got the worst deal. and she and her family handled it with class. lindsay is a pathetic mess delousional as to her downward spiral. Paris picked herself up in spite of the bad publicity. Lindsey did not think it was fair that she had to go to jail for parole violation. Lindsey does not think it is fair that she has been punished for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident or that she got arrested for chasing someone down and had drugs on her. Lindsey's mom doesn't think it is fair that her daughter is being treated like a common criminal AND that OMG she has no cell phone privilege. Lindsey and her family don't think it is fair that she complete this rehab that was part of her earlier parole and that she has not done in the past few years. I don't think it is fair that a has been never that good of an actress and her bleached wanna be of a mother lost out on brains when they were being passed out.

aside from wanting to get totally loaded before going into rehab...why is LiLo concerned about going straight to rehab from jail? since she only has to do 14 of her 90 days of jail time...i'm sure her attorney will work it out that she only has to do 14 days of her 90 days in rehab. pitiful.
