Miley Cyrus is a natural woman, y'all!
The 19-year-old singer-actress showed off some extreme cleavage Sunday at the CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute in Los Angeles. Wearing a plunging Robert Cavalli yellow dress, her buxom look led many to believe she'd had a boob job, but Cyrus says that's not the case.

"Thank you for the compliment, but these babies are all mine," the former Disney star tweeted. "I wish [people would] realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!"

I was pretty much flat chested till I was 18. Then out of no where they grew, @Barbara, mine are real and they don't meet in the middle without a fabulous pushup bra. Maybe they meet in the middle for women with bigger boobs, but not all of us fall into that category. Besides Miley's boobs look natural, and this dress looks great on her

Can we please stop with all of this celebrity bashing. She is over 18, confident and fabulous. It is ok to be sexy and feel good about yourself. I think the real problem here that whoever posted the photo is jealous that Miley is hot and that person (or team) is not.
She looks perfect, all grown up! Her face appearance looks very different! But at least she is all natural, not plastic!
