Reese Witherspoon: I "Need a Therapist"

Even Reese Witherspoon's mom is in the dark about her wedding plans!
"My mom always texts me, like, 'Are you getting married?'" Witherspoon, 34, says, laughing, in the new Entertainment Weekly (additional EW excerpts in JustJared.) "I'm like, 'Mom, come on! You would know if I was getting married.'"
The groom in question is Jim Toth, her agent beau of over 10 months, whom she began dating shortly after her late 2009 split from Jake Gyllenhaal. Before Gyllenhaal, of course, was husband Ryan Phillippe, whom she divorced in 2008 after seven years together. (The exes have two kids: Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7.)

"It definitely sometimes feels like a suit that I wish I could zip off," she says of her romantic baggage. "But I don't feel bad about any of the things I've gone through, whether it's divorce or breakups or anything like that, because that's all part of the life journey, and I have those experiences just like anyone else."

Still, the Oscar winner admits she's too skilled at burying the sad memories -- and could use professional help! "I have one of those incredible memories where I just erase painful things. Maybe that's really unhealthy, and I probably need to see a therapist. But I don't dwell. You just keep going forward."
The mom also points out: "Also, I have kids. What are you going to do? Are you going to teach them to be one of those people who keep looking in the rearview mirror, or are you going to teach them to be one of those people who go, 'Tomorrow's another day'?"

4@John, Reese is far from being size 0 lol HELLO I'm not taking about her therapist at all!! everything is fine with me, I just making a comment that's all. Sounds like you need a therapist lol
Yea well I haven't been a size 0 since the 4th grade, so I wouldn't know.
@ Shannon. I like her dress, what little there is to it. Of course Reese is like a size 0(super petite). Reese therapist' are for those things which are dangling participles that are hard to grasp and make sense. If getting rid of bad memories works that is a blessing; because so many have great difficulty doing that. I have always liked living off the pain of anything and everything. If life was nothing but gumballs and lollipops, it is difficult because everyday we are presented with multiple 'compared to what'? Whatever works for you, if you need some help figuring it out, I am a great listener.
