Blac Chyna to the rescue! Rob Kardashian has resurfaced since he started hanging out with the former model. On Thursday, January 28, the reclusive reality personality — who has been staying out of the spotlight after gaining more than 100 pounds in three years — was spotted looking slimmer and with a full-on beard.
The 28-year-old was out driving in Calabasas, California, with Chyna, who he’s been “seeing” for the past two weeks.
On Thursday, Rob also shared an Instagram photo of himself lifting weights at the gym — and it’s all seemingly thanks to the makeup artist.
Chyna’s online personal trainer, Chris Jinna, revealed exclusively to Us Weekly that she’s hired him to help Kardashian make a comeback. According to Jinna, the 27-year-old mom had him come up with a diet and workout plan for her “boyfriend,” Kardashian.

“[She came to me] recently, maybe a week ago,” Jinna told Us. “She just asked some type of tips for Rob, to get him a meal plan. So I created a plan for them and sent it over,” the trainer explained, adding their goal is to “shred a little bit.”
The Kardashian family has been trying to help Rob for years. Khloé Kardashian previously admitted she even offered to get him a private chef. The Arthur George sock creator was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes last month, and according to his mom, Kris Jenner, the health scare was a wakeup call for Rob.
