Sarah Michelle Gellar isn't always happy with what she sees in the mirror.
The 34-year-old Ringer star (and mom to daughter Charlotte, 2, with husband of nine years Freddie Prinze, Jr., 35) tells the October issue of Health that she's not always confident in her own skin.

"I totally have body dysmorphic disorder. I think most women do," Gellar reveals. "I just have to remember that I'm human, and I'm a mom. Being a parent changes the vanity at least a little bit."
(Body dysmorphic disorder is a disease in which a person becomes obsessed with an imagined flaw in his or her appearance.)

Gellar adds that she would never use a photo of another actress' body for inspiration. "I would never do that to myself, especially because I'm aware of the airbrushing and trainers and food programs," she says. "You have to use yourself as inspiration."
"I think if I was going to put something up, I would put a picture of myself where I was proud of my body. But I would rather not look at a picture of myself on my fridge."
The actress cites Duchess Catherine and Pippa Middleton as examples of varying ideals of beauty and health.

"It seems like people are worried that Catherine's stressed. I feel like 10 years ago, it would have been like, 'Oh, she looks incredible,'" Gellar tells Health (on newsstands September 23). "Whereas you look at her sister, who has such a fabulously athletic body. . . I think there's this movement now, where more women, finally, want to look like that."

5Get over yourself.... you dont know what your talking about......
Sarah has nothing to worry about 90 percent of men would wanna be with her.
I love SMG but she is making light of something that is a disease. She's acting like every woman has it and that just isn't true. She's completely exaggerating and making light of somethin serious, just to show how "humble" she is. And I do think she is but celebrities go to such lengths to be seen as "real people" and sometimes they say things in bad taste
Sarah Michelle is absolutely GORGEOUS and seems so sweet. Didn't watch her previous show (Buffy) but her new show 'Ringer' is GREAT!! So enjoy it! Am really getting into it so I hope it is a success - she deserves it!!
There are actually 3 types of body morphs. The Endomorph- more of the Kirstie Alley type, (fat and round) the Mesomporh= Hugh Jackman ( lean and muscular) and then there's YOU, the Ectomorph (small shoulders and thin).
