It's no secret that Bachelor Pad 2's Vienna Girardi recently went under the knife -- but only Us Weekly has the exclusive before and after shots of the reality star's new nose.

PHOTOS: More celebs who got plastic surgery

"I always felt like I had this little face with, like, a Mr. Potato Head nose!" Girardi, 25, tells the new issue of Us Weekly (out now). So when the Bachelor vet befriended castmate Erica Rose, 28, while filming Bachelor Pad 2, she couldn't help but admire her new pal's profile.

"Erica said, 'Oh,' I had my nose done! My dad [Houston-based plastic surgeon Franklin Rose] will do yours!' A week after, I had a plane ticket!"

For Girardi -- who squares off against ex Jake Pavelka, 33, on Bachelor Pad 2 (premiering on ABC August 8 at 8 p.m. EST) -- the cosmetic procedure was long overdue.

"It's something I've wanted since I was 9 or 10," she explains. "In school, they called me Pinocchio. After The Bachelor, bloggers called me 'horse face.' Evil names. I event went blonde because my dark hair made my nose look bigger!"

The procedure was, as she anticipated, quite painful. "After the surgery, you literally feel like you've had your skull cracked open," Girardi tells Us. While recuperating at the Roses, Girardi's boyfriend, Bachelorette alum Kasey Kahl, 27, "sat in bed with me, and we ordered Chinese food and watched The Bachelorette!"

Though Girardi has admitted to getting breast implants in the past, the ABC reality star says she "definitely" won't be getting anything else done in the near future. "I'm not saying get 20 surgeries, but if there's something you don't like about yourself, go ahead and change it!"

It saddens me that we do not live in a world where individuals are encouraged to and truly can be happy as they are; and their individuality and uniqueness is treasured by themselves and others. That being said, however, what is done is done; and I for one am happy that Ms. Giraridi did not have a health complication from the procedure; and wish her happiness. My unsolicited advice to Ms. Girardi: Grab as much happiness as you can: Life is short. :-)

  • August 14, 2011 - 11:04pm Amy Pitzel Mample

Who cares what she looks like - she's a horrible excuse for a human being!!! If you watch these shows you'd see that. Karma will eventually catch up with her.

  • August 09, 2011 - 11:46am Margie Davis Stan

Not much difference. Eyes still crossed, fake boobs and fake personality.

  • August 09, 2011 - 7:51am Lilian Vasquez

Not sure about the change but she looks beautiful. She only needed to lift the tip of the nose, for that I would've just use the Nosesecret inserts.

  • August 04, 2011 - 5:13pm Shella Bella

I dunno I almost feel she was more unique/striking looking in the before photo. Now she kind of looks like all the other plastic surgery cali girls, lol. She kind of reminds me of Blake Lively now.

    I think it looks great!

  • August 04, 2011 - 2:20pm Kristin Billerbeck

Vienna is beautiful, and she was beautiful before. People can be so cruel.

  • August 04, 2011 - 12:03am Nycole Bohannon

    wtf it's still huge!!!

  • August 03, 2011 - 11:56pm Whitney Scott

she looks pretty. the whole "love yourself for who you are" thing is a matter of degree. if your child had a ears that stuck out like satellite dishes, would you let them get pinned back? or would you just say, "well, be happy! even if your ears are a total drag!" yes, it's what's on the inside that counts the MOST, but that doesn't mean we can't change our appearance, like i said, all a matter of degree.

  • August 03, 2011 - 10:16pm Paula Allen

Her parents raised her with the exact opposite views as my parents did. I thought we were supposed to love ourselves and find meaning from being a good person. I just don't know how I feel about this!
