"I've lost a million pounds!" Kirstie Alley joked to Us Weekly while on Dancing With the Stars in April.

Maybe not, but the former Fat Actress star, 60, has shed 100 pounds since being on the show -- going from a size 14 to a 6.

"I feel like I'm back in my element," Alley told Entertainment Tonight. "I honestly didn't realize what I looked like."

So how did Alley -- who parted ways with Jenny Craig in 2008 after she struggled to maintain her 75-pound weight loss -- manage to stay slim this time around?

"She didn't crash diet. She wanted to lose weight the right way, but nothing was working for her, so she created Organic Liaison," a source tells the new issue of Us Weekly (out now). The slim star developed the supplement plan with doctors and nutritionists in 2010.

Alley, who came in second place on Dancing With the Stars, relies on appetite-suppressing drinks to stick to a healthy diet -- and she's keeping fit by dancing up to three hours a day with pros recommended by former partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

"She's in an amazing place," the source says.

Where is your skinny picture Filo-MEAN-O, Funny how you don't show yourself. Are you hiding behind your ugly comments. Are you so fat..you cant fit in a picture???

UMMMM!!! did you realize that television put's 10 to 20 pounds on people..that is why it may not look like she is a size 6. And it is not easy to lose weight. I am 54 years old and I am by no means a couch potato. I eat healthy 85 percent of the time and extreme bike ride 35 to 60 miles a week and now that it's getting towards winter I will bike ride as much as I can but also ride to the gym and work out there. I am a nurse and put in a lot of walking in at work..so when I am on the couch it's because I need to sleep in between my busy life. what I am getting at is I should be skinny but I am not..I use to be skinny until pounds started creeping up on me after 40 and headed right to the midruf..the rest of me is great and in shape but the belly is hard to get rid of. I am determined to do it and now that I see Christy I know there is success in it.

First I want to say Christy! You look Marvelous!!! I just don't understand people they talk crap about you when your fat and overweight and then you lose weight look awesome and still have negative things to say..it's all jealousy..who the heck cares how she lost it. She lost it and just be happy for her and get motivated by her. Stop all this putting down. I hate that!! Really it's so ridiculous!!

I don't buy it.. losing weight the right way doesn't involve appetite suppressants.

Amazing!!! she is 60!!!!! She looks even better than she did in her "Cheers" days. Hopefully she did it in a healthy way..and can keep it off. Either way Ms Alley..full figured or thin..THAT FACE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. KUDDOS

I think she is lying about her dress size. She is a tall woman and therefore her size is preportional. If she were a size 5 or 6, she would be underweight, in my opinion. The fact that she doesn't realize this, or just flat out denies it, is sort of wierd.

  • September 23, 2011 - 4:20pm Jill Foster-Koch

There's also major spanx involved and probably isn't a size six. I'd still trade her.

  • September 23, 2011 - 4:19pm Jill Foster-Koch

I've always thought she was beautiful no matter what weight. Looks better than I do and she's twice my age. By the way she looks much better as a blonde!

This woman has lied about her weight for years. If I was a betting person I would say a gastric bypass was involved here.

  • September 23, 2011 - 8:06am Amy Travis

    I'm impressed. She looks great!

  • September 23, 2011 - 12:53am Astrid Heinisch

  • September 23, 2011 - 12:21am Deb Mahan

Stunning :) I've lost 175 pounds and I've got to say I hope I look as great as she does at 60. The key is not to go on fad diets and truly go after what you want to be. I love it. I am excited for my 30 day challenge starting Oct 1st. It's the next step of the journey :)
