Christina Aguilera: I'm "More Sexual" as a Mom

Christina Aguilera says she's become sexier since welcoming son Max in January 2008.
"I'm more confident and comfortable in my own skin. I think I'm even a more sexual Christina," the singer, who wed husband Jordan Bratman four years ago, told the Q100 Bert Show in Atlanta Tuesday morning.

"That's part of the change of having a child for me -- seeing your body do these things you never thought possible," adds Aguilera, who will release her album, Bionic, on June 8 and kick off a world tour to promote it. “When you have a baby, you go through a period where your body is not your own. It becomes for your child and that's it. Once you bounce back from that and kind of get your body back... I feel better than ever. It's a great feeling."
Aguilera, 29, says she's a "very sexual person" and she didn't want to lose that after becoming a mother. Indeed, she and Bratman still have "Naked Sundays."

"I think it's important that he sees mommy not be ashamed for her sexuality," she says. "I mean, he's two. We're art collectors, there are a lot of female nudes around the house. Max will be growing up in a house where it's just the norm... It's only weird when you shame it...."
Max may not be an only child forever.
When asked if she wants more children, Aguilera says, "I would love that one day, but not right now. Eventually, I would like to give Max a brother or a sister, but right now, Bionic is the baby."

Aguilera also addressed online criticism that she's copying Lady Gaga with her new album.
"It just comes with the territory. That, in particular, is not even worth wasting the breath to comment on," she sniped. "I've been around for over a decade and I think my work speaks for myself."
If she were younger, "I would have engaged, been a little upset," she says. But now? "There's a bigger picture out there. I've got my son, my family, my work."

Christina's son, Max, is not ugly and even if he was why be so cruel as to say so? What good does that do? He kind of reminds me of that boy from Two and a Half Men who is cute in a low-key cuddly way.
Christina has an amazing voice and I love to hear her sing but that kid sure is homely and so is her husband!
I hope those of you who were programmed to hate yourselves are not raising children, because you will just abuse them by teaching them to hate themselves too. I applaud the fact that Christina is brave enough to break out of the box which boxes you people in. Learn and grow from her example.
Where has she been hiding? She does have a great voice. A voice that can stay around for a long time. Lady GaGa is fun but you can't compare the two. I do think it's gross to walk around naked in front of your kid, he is only 2 but hwat about 5 or 7? ICK!!! I am sure she will stop that soon.

LMAO- Lady GaGa relevant?!? Okay, I have the CD, good production artist, but not relevant. She will be relevant if she can survive her 15 minutes of fame and put out 5 or 6 CDs. Excuse me, 5 or 6 cds that don't sound exactly the same.
I think it is fine that she is naked in front of her child. He is only TWO! I remember taking baths/showers with my father/mother when I was young, no harm done. Also, raising him around nude art is fine. We are taught from a young age to cover up, hide our bodies and to be ashamed of them and what Christina is doing in teaching her son that there is nothing to be ashamed of, people are beautiful, being naked is beautiful and we should embrace that. There would be less teen sex and teen pregnancies if everyone grew up with a more self-assured image of themselves, which is what this will create. I love Christina and her music. Good for her.

Sounds like someone's hair bleach has finally fried their brain! Walking around naked in front of your children? That's absolutely disgusting. How awful for the kid. Especially when he gets older. Christina, do you remember your mom? How would you have felt if she was walking around naked, talking about her sexuality? Children do not need to be exposed to mommy's 'sexuality' if it can be avoided. Gross. As for 'being around for a decade' and 'not wasting breath' on the Lady GaGa comparison, she should be flattered to be compared to Lady GaGa. Lady GaGa is relevant. I hate to shoot down such a talent singer as Christina, but her new stuff hasn't been that great. And put some clothes on around your baby, for Christ's sake.
What amazes me most about Christina is her knowledge of life, of earth, those deep thoughts etc...for instance, I would have never thought that raising my kid around images of nudes and watching me and the wife run around nude, would be healthy and grow up with nudity being normal. I guess this deep understanding of life comes from being able to get out of ones skin and get into anothers. Enough with the BS Christina, just sing and stop trying to be another Oprah, who indeed has all the answers of life.
Does anyone else feel that this amazingly talented girl is not living up to her best potential? With such a beautiful, God given voice, why does she insist on being less than best? Makes me sad that she refuses to act respectfully and strive to be better than she is now. She doesn't need to stay a pop princess, she doesn't need to act classless. She could be and should be so much more. Hope she will wake up and start striving to sing, live and all around be better, rather than always going for the gimmick of shocking fans. You don't need to do that Christina!!

Its Christina Aguilera shes never been shy and thats why I always kinda liked her...And as for the kid hes cute...For those who say hes ugly have you ever heard "Karmas A B***h"?...Another thing at least she hasnt pulled a "britney" and gone mental(no offense). Have any of you ever read an actual interview of hers besides on here or in the mag...Try reading one of her rolling stone interviews yes she talks about sex but she talks about other things too.There are more mags out there besides this one and other trash mags just to put that out there.
I really wish celebs would keep their sex lives to themselves. No one cares how much sex u have or dont have. Either be good at what you do or let your 15 mins go and move on.
Please don't even try to put Christina in the same category as Madonna or Cher. Her voice is A+ but as a personality she can't touch them...she's a wannabe, period. And Madonna, though she talks about sex, is actually able to talk about other things too in an interview. She is sexy AND interesting.
