Daniel Baldwin and his wife, Joanne, welcomed a baby girl Friday morning, his rep tells Usmagazine.com.

Finley Rae Martineau Baldwin was born at 9:35 a.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A.. She weighed 7 lbs., 10 oz. and was 20 inches long.

This is the second daughter for the couple. Finley joins older sister Avis Ann, 18 months. "She is excited to meet her new little sister," his rep tells Us.

Joanne, a British former fashion model, met the 48-year-old actor -- who most recently appeared on I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here! -- during his stint in a Malibu rehab facility where she worked as a chef.

They have been married for two years. Baldwin also has three children from three previous relationships: Atticus, 13, Alexandra, 18, and Kahlea, 25.
