Merry mama! Pregnant-again Drew Barrymore looked radiant and comfortable at the 2014 People's Choice Awards held Wednesday, Jan. 8 in L.A. as she joked about her baby bump.

The 38-year-old star, who is currently expecting her second baby -- another girl! -- with husband Will Kopelman, presented the Favorite Comedic Movie Actor award onstage. Wearing a white stretch T-shirt dress with a yellow tulle skirt from Vionnet's spring 2014 collection, Barrymore left her long brunette locks parted down the center and added a bright swipe of lip color to her sunny outfit.

The actress joked before the packed Nokia Theater, "Ellen DeGeneres told me I was fat!" Attempting to diffuse the comment, she quipped, "But I'm not, it was a joke. It was really funny." The two were photographed laughing together backstage and will reunite on the Ellen show on Jan. 15 when Barrymore stops by for a chat with the People's Choice Awards Favorite Host winner.

She then presented the award to 50 First Dates costar Adam Sandler, who read a faux letter written by his "fan for life, Drew Barrymore." He joked to the pregnant actress, "By the way, you do look like you lost weight." (Sandler and Barrymore will reunite for yet another comedy in 2014: The new film, Blended, will involve a "romantic" vacation with the costars' kids in Africa.)

Barrymore told Women's Health that she was focusing on pregnancy over style this time around. "You're not supposed to look perfect while you're making babies," the beauty mogul told the mag. "Making babies is the perfection." (Married since June 2012, Barrymore and Kopelman are already parents to daughter Olive, 15 months.)

The working mom, who was also announced Thursday morning as Refinery 29's new editor-at-large, added to the fitness publication, "It's about feeling good in clothes and knowing you can get dressed up for an evening and work it for a minute." Fans can read her first post, "The Breakfast You'll Want Every Morning," here.
