At 13-months-old, Giuliana and Bill Rancic's son Edward Duke is already turning into a little heartbreaker! His current crush isn't another baby at his Kidville music class: It's Giuliana's assistant, Sarah. "He's a flirt! If you're a blonde, pretty girl, forget it!" Giuliana told Us Weekly at New York City's recent Fashion Week. "Duke will be all over you."

Around the house, Duke is honing his skills with women starting with Sarah. "She was at the house and he would look at he and then look away, then smile and look at her," Giuliana, 39, recalled of a recent interaction. "I'm like, 'Duke, are you flirting?' I can see it already! He has such a big personality now." Along with wooing the ladies, little Duke is also talking -- er, babbling -- up a storm! "He talks all the time. You can't really understand it, but he says ma-ma-ma-ma all the time. And ba-ba-ba-ba, I think because in Italian 'dad' is 'babbo' instead of 'dada,'" the proud mom tells Us. "That's a big milestone."

As Duke grows, Giuliana and Bill are considering giving him a sibling, and asked their surrogate, Delphine, if she'd be willing to carry their second baby during the Sept. 17 episode of STYLE's Giuliana & Bill. (The answer will hopefully be revealed when new episodes of the reality show return Oct. 15 on a new network, E!)

"We're always talking about baby No. 2 and we would love to expand our family. We don't know, because of everything we've been through, if the next one will have to be the last one. In that case, I would love a girl as well, because I have my boy and I adore him, and it would be nice to have . . . a little girl and teach her all my crazy ways," Giuliana tells Us. "But part of me feels like if we're only going to have two [kids] that it would be nice for him to have a brother -- then they'd be close in age and they can pal around. That would be kind of cool too."
