Jerry O'Connell and Rebecca Romijn's two-year-old twins are talking up a storm! Sort of.

The Defenders actor, 36, explained on Wednesday's Rachael Ray Show that both Dolly and Charlie have had a "tricky" time sounding words out.

“If they see a clock they look at it and say, ‘clock,’ but they mispronounce it," he said. "They drop the ‘l’ from it. I don’t want to react because I don’t want them to know it’s a bad word, but I want to encourage them to talk so I’m like, ‘That’s good!’”

But the star says his girls have mastered a few expressions.

"My children are starting to say 'no way' a lot," he recently told "I don't know where they picked up 'no way' but they don’t say 'no, they go, 'no way.' Like I probably do things that make them go, 'No way, no way!' Really cute. Not the smartest children in the world but really, really cute kids."
