Jenni "JWoww" Farley is approaching her due date! The Jersey Shore star, 28, took to her personal website on Tuesday, April 15, to share a sonogram of her daughter-to-be, who is now six months along.
"HOLY S--T!" the expectant mother wrote. "Pregnancy and me don’t mix. I keep saying to myself, 'how can women enjoy this s--t?!' I’m always on edge because every appointment I find something else that’s crazy and unexpected."
Farley went on to share a recent scare she had with the pregnancy. She wrote that a doctor told her that her fetus had a "small cyst on her brain," which she was later told by a specialist was a choroid plexus cyst; the anomaly occurs in 1-2% of pregnancies. The medical professional assured JWoww that "over time the cyst should go away," which it has in the weeks since the initial diagnosis.
"I go numb and tears are just flowing," JWoww wrote about learning about the cyst. "I can’t even begin to try and stop the tears… Literally hysterical to the point where I was hyperventilating thinking, '[oh my god] I did something so horrible to my daughter?'... Fast forward to this checkup which brings me to 25 weeks, AKA six months. My daughter's cyst went away!!!"
The reality star, who is engaged to her longtime partner Roger Mathews, also said that a doctor told her that she had a low-lying placenta, which meant she needed to be cautious and abstain from having sex for a month.
"I literally burst out laughing hysterically," Farley wrote about the doctor's prescription for abstinence. "Roger swears I paid him to say [it]. So now no sex for a month!!!"
Her placenta issue has resolved itself as well, as she added, "My placenta is higher so I’m no longer at risk (don’t tell Roger)." Check out the sonogram that Farley shared above, and head over to her website to read her full post.
