Mariska Hargitay Adopts

Mariska Hargitay and her husband, Peter Hermann, are the proud parents of a baby girl.
"The couple are overjoyed by the wonder of their new daughter,” Hargitay's rep, Leslie Sloane, tells UsMagazine.com. "Her brother, August, is thrilled to have the sister he's always wanted."
The 47-year-old Law and Order: SVU star has named her new daughter Amaya Josephine.
The newborn was adopted from the United States.
"It was a long time coming," a source tells Us.
The couple have been married since August 2004.

Congratulations! Her baby girl is very lucky. Her son is so cute and has so much character, always laughing. I'm sure her new daughter will be the same. They seem to be wonderful parents.

Still hard to believe she is Jayne Mansfields daughter from anything I have seen or read. I really like her.
