It appears that Shiloh and Pax Jolie-Pitt have both lost a front tooth
Shiloh, 3, and Pax, 5½, were photographed Wednesday with mom Angelina Jolie (and sister Zahara, 4½) at a Toys 'R Us in Toulon, France, where they snapped up some new toys.

How does a three year old lose a tooth? Are they not being taken to a dentist? Or maybe its all the junk food they seem to be able to eat.
my sister had to have a top tooth pulled at age 3 because she kept falling and hitting it, dentist said it was decayed. Turned out my sister needed glasses, and that's why she kept falling
Why do people bash Jenny Aniston. She has a tonne of cash, to pay for the needs of an adopted child or if infertility issues she can pay for ivf, for a child of her own, for the dna of donor dads and to pay for a surrogate to carry her child and she can pay for fantastic education and nannies for a child. She has so much love to give a child. Maybe shes not interested in being tied down with a child or lifelong partner. She is after all a freedom loving Aquarius
Her tooth looks colored in with a black texta, I think that that either Shiloh is playing dress up, as Pax does not feels bad about loosing a tooth, both Pax, and Shiloh are playing dress up, or this pic has been redone to make it look like both Pax and Shiloh lost a tooth. When that is not the case.
My daughter Lilike-LILY is 6, and her wobbly tooth still has not fallen out. Locke is only 2 days younger then Shiloh. As Shiloh was born May 27th 2006. And Locke was born May 29th 2006. And Locke has no wobbly teeth and no teeth that have fallen out. Hes so young for his age though, soft spoken, laughs a heap everyday over things he finds hillarious that nobody else finds hillarious. His dancing to hi 5 is adorable. Hes personality is startign to shine now. He excites the peaceful Leo-pisces rising child Anjeni at times with his fun gemini-saggi rising nature. as someone who has worked in the dental field for over 30 years a three year old does not lose a baby front tooth yet. children are usually at least 5 before their permanent front teeth come in they probably had to extract it due to decay because every time you see these kids they are eating junk baby teeth are important they are like natural space maintainers for the permanent teeth.

The teeth in Shiloh's picture look doctored. Children don't lose teeth at the age of 3, and when they do start losing them, the bottom front teeth are the first to go. Perhaps, she has something over her tooth to look like she has lost a tooth because she wants to be like Pax? It isn't at all unusual for little ones to imitate older siblings.
Why has she lost a tooth at age 3? Must have been an accident.
To all the haters out there: Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are gorgeous people, and so are their children. Shiloh could not be more adorable. God Bless the entire family!
It's some type of toy or gum put in front of the same right tooth. Don't be surprised to see them with all there teeth next time. Can't believe you people fell for that. God help us all!!!
both there parents are ugly and dress there kids horrible that little girl looks like a boy from a orphanage and that boy Maddox is insane with the weapons he has and plueeeze no kid looses there teeth at age 3. Something is not right with that family!
I've read that they dress the kids in hand-me-downs, and seen pix showing same. Shiloh is "the tomboy" so maybe her tooth got knocked out playing rough? NONE of my children have lost teeth that early - 5 is usually the earliest a kid loses teeth. If anyone in that "family" is malnourished, it's Angelina. Someone feed her a grilled cheese sandwich please!

Most likely some kind of accident and that tooth will come in later even though the other front tooth was the last to come out due to the trauma of the tooth. Look at Shiloh eye(s) does she have a black eye or is she just tired? Zahara is always dress better than Shiloh. One time Zahara had cute shoes on and Shiloh had baseball cleats! No one is comfortable wearing cleats and the cleats most likely belong to her brothers! Angie and Brad dress nice - they should dress their children just as nice!

Shiloh is not dressed in rags, as a previous poster commented. Come on! Shiloh is not Cinderella. She seems to prefer dressing as a boy. Brad was on Oprah saying she told him she was a boy. I guess they think it's a phase and they're not making a big deal out of it. This theory that she's being neglected in favor of Zee is silly. Shiloh is usually smiling, and seems like a happy, well cared for child. The only thing that concerns me is all the Cheetos they seem to eat...
Call me hopelessly traditional, but I'd love to see Shiloh in something other than black or gray...
