Penelope Cruz doesn't have a bun in the oven.
The 35-year-old actress - who is dating Javier Bardem - has been rumored to be expecting for weeks.

But at Thursday's Toronto Film Festival premiere of her latest film, Broken Embraces, she finally set the record straight.
"I start getting some presents from friends saying, 'Congratulations, you're pregnant.' And I say, 'No, I'm not, so return the presents,'" she told USA Today. "It's amazing."
More proof she's not pregnant: She was photographed smoking Parliament cigarettes with pal Salma Hayek Wednesday at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont.

It's sad that if a woman gains a few pounds, they are either called fat or pregnant. There's nothing worse than feeling a bit self conscious due to a few extra pounds, then being humiliated by someone asking if you are pregnant. It has happened to me before and i wanted to punch the lady in the face and hide. It's embarrassing and sad that a woman will be ridiculed the second she gains weight. it's only natural.
Their is a lot of speculation of pregnancy if a woman gains just a few lbs but many celebrity pregnancy rumors turn out to be true even after denial by the person and their camp so I would automatically dismiss the rumor.
I agree. It is horrible how people look at women when they gain a few pounds. That is one of the most embarrassing and humiliating things to be asked. I for one think it is disrespectful. Women have all those nasty problems men just do not have. This question should be put up there with the â??Never ask a woman her ageâ?? question unless you just absolutely know the woman is 100% pregnant.
