Lindsay Arnold’s Family Album With Husband Sam Cusick and Daughters Sage and June: Pics

Lindsay Arnold’s little family! The Dancing With the Stars pro and her husband, Sam Cusick, have been sharing adorable photos of their little ones since becoming parents.

The choreographer announced her pregnancy in May 2020, writing via Instagram: "Mom and Dad love you already."

In the social media upload, the Utah native kissed her high school sweetheart while holding out ultrasound shots. The dancer reposted the photos in January 2021 after giving birth to daughter Sage in November 2020.

“The year I became a mother,” Arnold captioned the Instagram slideshow at the time. "The year we became a family of three. The year Sage Jill Cusick was born. I am eternally grateful for the challenges, lessons, blessings, changes, experiences and perspective that 2020 brought to my life and I will never forget this year. ... It makes me emotional looking back at our journey leading up to meeting our sweet Sage. Being a mother is the most rewarding blessing in my life and I cannot wait to keep growing our family in the years to come.”

While raising her daughter, the professional dancer has shown that she is not fazed by Instagram haters commenting on her parenting.

“This is my thumbs up to everyone out there who actually thinks it’s OK to comment or criticize anyone else’s parenting,” the new mom wrote in January 2021. "Why? Why do we do this to others? Especially people we don’t know. I know I’m far from perfect. You don’t need to remind me of that but why don’t we use our energy instead of always looking for the negative and finding things to criticize? I’m very over it. So if that’s what you want to do on Instagram, please unfollow me and leave my kind and loving followers alone.”

The season 25 winner has been leaning on Cusick, her “best friend," while raising Sage in the public eye.

"I am so grateful for our friendship these past couple months with a newborn,” Arnold captioned a beach selfie with her husband that same month. "It has helped us laugh off the tired cranky moments (from me) hahaha and have patience with each other while going through the (sometimes hard) firsts that come with being new parents. And it has brought us the most incredible joy being able to experience the special gift of parenthood together. This guy is my official bestie and I wouldn't have it any other way.”

In October 2022, the dancer announced that she and Cusick were expecting their second bundle of joy. “Baby #2 coming May 2023 🥰🥰,” the ballroom pro wrote at the time. “We are beyond grateful and feel so blessed to be adding a new addition to our family and Sage cannot wait to be a big sister.” Seven months later, Arnold revealed that her daughter, June, had arrived via C-section. “Our sweet and tiny girl joined our family May 3rd in the afternoon and we have been on cloud 9 ever since,” she wrote via Instagram. “Baby girl came out butt first and I was actually able to watch most of this delivery through a plastic curtain, I wasn’t able to see with Sage.” Keep scrolling to see Arnold’s sweetest family photos over the years:

Arnold and Cusick celebrated Sage’s second birthday on November 2, 2022.

“Happy Birthday to the sweetest girl,” the DWTS pro wrote via her Instagram Story alongside a series of videos from the big day. 

In one clip, Sage squealed with excitement over a new chalkboard easel. In a second upload, Arnold and her little girl played with fake makeup products. Later in the day, the twosome headed out with some friends for a birthday breakfast. 

“Acai Bowls for the bday girl!!! Two!!!” the dancer captioned the sweet video.

," the choreographer captioned a September 2022 Instagram slideshow of photos after a Disneyland visit.

"When you get a positive pregnancy test and then start your [period] a few days later but your sweet daughter is there for you every step of the way," Arnold wrote in an August 2022 TikTok video, thanking her "sweet" daughter for her support. The clip initially showed the mother-daughter duo celebrating a positive pregnancy test before Arnold broke down in tears when she realized the result wasn't accurate.

“Happy 4th of July❤️❤️ Grateful for this little family of mine and the memories we get to make together 🥰 ❤️,” Arnold wrote in July 2022 while in Wyoming.

“Took our baby girl skiing for the first time today and it was a day we will never forget,” Arnold captioned an “emotional” March 2022 Instagram upload.

In September 2021, Arnold celebrated her and Matt James’ first dance in her dressing room with Sage. “I needed her immediately,” she gushed via Instagram Stories.

"Sage is now a crawling maniac!” Arnold captioned Instagram photos of her daughter “looking like a full-on toddler” in July 2021. "If there was an Olympic sport for fastest crawling baby, I'm pretty sure she would win gold. We love her and her curious personality so much! A crawling baby is whole new ballgame, if you know you know. But I'm having fun chasing her around the house all day making sure she doesn't put that tiny small piece of plastic in her mouth, hit her head on anything too sharp or fall down the stairs."

Arnold and Sage were all smiles during their first Disneyland trip together in July 2021. “Such a fun day and Sage was a freaking champion,” the dancer told her Instagram followers.

 

“Nothing beats an outdoor shower with Sagey,” Arnold wrote alongside an April 2021 bikini pic during their beach vacation.

“My heart cannot handle these two 
my whole world right there ,” she wrote. “Sagey girl and I are headed to the airport with my fam right now for a little spring break vacay and Daddy is going to join us in a couple days after his work week  going to miss him so much! #daddysgirl #dad #dadlife #baby #cuddle.”

Arnold was “dying” in March 2021 when Sage discovered her tongue for the first time. “She has been sticking [it] out like this all day and just playing with it hahaha,” the dancer wrote on her Instagram Story. “I guess that would be a weird thing."

“Sage is almost four months old, and I truly cannot wrap my brain around how fast time is flying,” Arnold captioned a February 2021 Instagram slideshow. "The weeks are truly cruising by, and I just wanna slow everything down and cuddle with my baby all day. But as the weeks cruise by, little Sagey gets more and more active and alert so the cuddle sessions don't last as long and she wants to be up and moving. It's a vicious cycle of being sooo excited about her growth, then crying because I want her to be my tiny baby forever."

“Little girl is being so silly today,” Arnold captioned a February 2021 Instagram video of Sage refusing to sit up. “Just wants to lay like this forever."

Arnold soaked up time with Sage ahead of a February 2021 “date night” with Cusick. "We’re dropping Sage off at Grandma and Grandpa’s house,” she said on her Instagram Story. "Can’t wait. She loves [it there]."

Arnold and her little one rocked matching swimsuits in January 2021. “Can't believe I get to be this sweet girl's mama forever,” the dancer gushed via Instagram.

"Our New Year’s kiss looked a little different this year with this sweet girl and we wouldn't have it any other way,” she gushed via Instagram. "Sagey, we love smooching those yummy cheeks and we will never stop."
