Kelly Preston, 47, debuted her growing belly in South Africa Thursday morning.
John Travolta, 56, piloted the jet — named Jett Clipper Ella, after his son, who died in January 2009 of a seizure, and daughter Ella Blue, 10 -- that took the family to watch the World Cup, which kicks off this weekend. The UK Daily Mail reports Preston -- who is due this fall -- looked happy and relaxed when they landed.

Travolta is a goodwill ambassador for Qantas Airlines, which sponsors the Australian Socceroos team.
He is scheduled to give a pep talk to the team before they play a Sunday match, the newspaper reports. The family will spend five days in the African nation.

Preston's mom Linda Carlson expressed her joy about the pregnancy to UsMagazine.com on Tuesday.
"We are over the moon," she told Us, "I've been praying that this would happen, especially since Jett's death."

101I found the whole thing with their AUTISTIC son sketchy. I am firmly against Scientology and believe its nothing more than a creepy cult. In a way it seems like they could not wait for their "defective" son to be out of the way so they could have a "normal" one. But... that is probably not a fair assesment because the press distort everything. Overall, I just hope they have a healthy, happy baby. As for all that crap about "too old" thats a crock. Women are having babies in their 40's all the time now and they dont need donor eggs.

Agreed, keep negative comments to yourselves and let people be happy. Our family lives well beyond 100 years of age with parents in 40s. Would like to know if donner eggs though and shut people up who think this is not possible or not healthy, or provide insights to others if it is not.

I think this is very unhealthy...Physically and mentally. She is 47 and that is entirely too old to be having children its not safe for eith of them and thats a fact. Also, it seems like they did this to replace the void left by Jett's passing. That is sooo unhealthy. No child can ever replace another or fill a hole left by losing them. All that said, I wish nothing but the best for them.
So happy for them they deserve some good news. there is nothing wrong with their age. They have just as much right to have their own baby as the people who have babys and give them up for adoption!!!!
Their son just died and they're already having another baby??? This seems unreal... You'd think they'd be so torn apart with grief that they wouldn't even think of bringing another child into this world.

I think it is just wrong to bring a child into this world at their ages. By the time that child is 18, his or her mom will be 66 years old and His or her dad will be 74 years old. That's just wrong, that kid is not going to have his mom and dad long at all. He or she will be in their 20's and his or her parents will be dead of old age. That's just not fair and for them to not think of the child like this, well then they are just selfish.

Im verry happy for them. I know when my little brother passed aways 4 years ago it was hard for my parents I thought they were going to divorce until by some chance my mom came home and told us she was pregnant, than she found out with twins, the crazy thing is my brother was a twin and his twin died, but my mom gave birth to boy and a girl. Although I have a brother and a sister we still have pictures of my brother and my little brother and sister know who he is. Wish this family the best.
