Glee creator Ryan Murphy is a dad again! The TV producer and his husband David Miller have welcomed a second child into their family, he tells Us Weekly.
"I'm so excited," the happy dad, 48, exclaimed as he walked the red carpet at Hollywood's TCL Chinese Theatre for the premiere of American Horror Story Season 4 on Sunday, Oct. 5. The newest addition to Murphy and Miller's family is a son named Ford. "He was born on Friday [and] he came home today, so we did it, you know!"
The couple welcomed their first son, Logan Phineas, on Christmas Eve 2012, five months after tying the knot at a wedding ceremony in Provincetown, MA. Both Logan and Ford were born via a surrogate.
"Since being with David, Ryan has just opened his heart up to love so much," Glee star Lea Michele told Vogue in 2012. "In the past few months, I have seen such a joy and excitement in Ryan. And I just know that deep down they are going to be the most incredible parents. I am incredibly jealous that I am not their daughter. Because the Murphy household would be my dream."
Murphy dished to Us that his growing household is already getting festive for the holiday season, and his infant son has much to look forward to. "We always go all out because we have children," he told Us Weekly of his Thanksgiving plans. "I'm very obsessed with the tabletop decorations. I collect turkey plates which I know is f--ked up and bizarre. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday of the year."
