Carrying on their dad's memory!

Michael Jackson's children Prince, Paris and Blanket attended the Jackson Family donation event at Children's Hospital Los Angeles on Monday.

Prince, 14, donned a black shirt and oversized shades, while Paris, 13, looked mature and elegant with her long, layered hair. Nine-year-old Blanket opted for a white ensemble and pulled his dark locks neatly back.

Before their father's tragic death in June 2009, Jackson's children were rarely seen in public without elaborate masks to protect their identities. They made their on-stage debut at a memorial service for Jackson, 50, in July. All three children are under the guardianship of their grandmother Katherine, 81.

Prince, Paris and Blanket -- who were spotted leaving an acting class in Hollywood this May -- have all expressed interest in following in their father's footsteps. Prince told ABC News earlier this year he was "looking at a couple of opportunities in show business -- mostly producing." Paris said she hoped to be an actress someday.
