Teresa Giudice: My Daughters Aren't Too Young for Makeup

Teresa Giudice doesn't think her daughters -- Gia, 9, Gabriella, 6, Milania, 5 and Audriana, 11 months -- are too young to wear makeup.
"They see their mommy doing it and they want to do whatever mommy does," the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 38, tells UsMagazine.com.

When people question their age, she shrugs them off: "It's just lip gloss."
Audriana is growing so fast, Giudice tells Us.
"She's laughing, she's such a happy baby! She takes after her mom and dad because I think we're both real easy goin,'" she says. "She's clapping, she's starting to wave, she's sitting up."

Giudice -- who recently filed for bankruptcy after acquiring $11 million in debt when husband Joe's real estate deals went sour -- is working on another diet book. But that's not all she's penning.
"I have to write everything in her book. I always keep up with [her milestones] and I always have a camera. I'm like a creep with picture because once they get big, all you have is pictures and memories," she says.

One thing she doesn't want to hold on to, though: her baby weight.
"I haven't lost it all yet!" she says. "I still have about 10 pounds to go."

32I do not think these little girls are the least bit cute. She dresses them in the most garish outfits...and when they shown them going into clothing stores the kids were so rude. Dena & Caroline's daughters seem to be the most normal.
Make-up is a great investment because the courts can't force you to auction it!

They're little girls. I understand that at that young, makeup isnt necessary, but to call them ugly trolls isn't either. Their attitudes are something their parents are going to have to deal with, and none of you have any business bashing children 9 years old and younger. The mother obviously loves her daughters, and yes she is a little over indulgent, but she cares for them and treats them well. I'd be more sad if these girls were just ignored.
C'mon people these are little girls. We can't really judge them based on viewing an hour here and an hour there. Many Americans are in financial trouble but, are not in the public eye. Give Teresa some credit for doing everything herself as far as cleaning, cooking, and taking care of her family. It is no small fete. They are loved and cared for. It could be that the kids realize that as long as the cameras are on they can get away with a lot. Whose to say that when the cameras aren't there the girls are disciplined. They are not exposed to sex tapes, drugs, felons, and other damaging scenarios.
What the hell is wrong with her?
Those kids are just as ugly on the outside as they are on the inside. All the "lip gloss" in the world will not help them. They are RUDE,DISRESPECTFUL, HAVE NO MANNERS, LOUD, AND UNGRACEFUL. They are an embarrassment to mothers everywhere. If I had acted like that when I was little my mother would have kicked my butt.
Seriously...what is with this horrible font US is using?!! Teresa is entertaining and seems like a good mom, BUT, she is on a path of having 4 hellions in teen years. Trust me, I am speaking from experience, and life is not fun when kids are over induldged!
Only seen the show a couple of times but the in the scenes with Teresa and her family...the older daughter seemed like a big disgusting brat!

Perhaps to focus should be less on outside appearances and more on inside qualities. Their kids are going to be bankrupt in more ways than just financially. Can't believe she is in the press showing off her excessive and materialistc behavior, when so many are truly suffering economically, while simotaneously going through a bankrupsy! Have you no shame? Have you no awareness of anyone outside your TV land existance? For shame! For shame Bravo! PS - can't someone monitor and edit all of the obnoxious ads that are put on the boards as "posts". No one is looking for a crappy dating site on the US Magazine comment forums.

Teresa and Joe obviously love each other and their daughters! The world would be a better place if more parents loved their children the way these girls are loved. They are all gorgeous; some people are jealous of their lifestyle, and while they are having trouble financially right now, "this, too shall pass!" I feel sure Joe will be providing well for his family again as soon as the economy picks up. Teresa could do a reality show with just her family, and I would watch every moment of it! It takes a lot of work to keep herself, her home, and her children the way they are, and she does it with NO help! Go, Teresa and Joe! Hang in there!
These girls are so spoiled and constantly misbehave; look at Jacqueline's daughter, Ashley- she is immature and disrespectful and also spoiled and Teresa's are going to end up just like that. Probably worse- if she doesn't tone them down now, they will end up like Lynne's kids on the OC Housewifes! Trust me!!
