The mother of two has had a difficult time proving to Child Protective Services that she can transport her children safely. In addition to almost dropping Sean Preston, she has driven with her infant son on her lap and also with him incorrectly facing forward in his car seat. After she and Kevin Federline divorced in 2007, she lost custody of her sons and was even without visitation rights until she got her life back on track.
