DWTS' Aaron Carter: Better "Energy" on Set Without Maksim

Now that Maksim Chmerkovskiy has been voted off of Dancing With the Stars, which of his colleagues miss him the most? Not Aaron Carter.
Since Chmerkovskiy's departure (along with partner Debi Mazar) from the show last week, "the energy has definitely gotten a lot better," Carter told Usmagazine.com at the Fox Reality Channel Really Awards Tuesday night in Los Angeles.

In early September, Chmerkovskiy and Carter's partner Karina Smirnoff, 31, called off their eight-month engagement. Carter says there's less tension with Smirnoff's ex out of the picture.

"We have the opportunity now to focus on the dancing without the drama,” he told Us.
Carter, 21, still doesn't plan on asking out his now-single partner. "She's a little too old for me," he explained.
Chmerkovskiy is also still single -- but definitely not loving it.
"I need to get the pieces back together," he confided to Usmagazine.com at the Freedom Awards in Los Angeles Tuesday. "When you come out of a relationship that you wanted for the rest of your life, there is not much that you can be happy about."
But he still believes in love, right?
"I'm working on it," he told Us, making a face.

Aaron really needs to learn when to keep his mouth shut! Focus on dancing because that might be the only thing you ever have going for you. Aaron Carter is so washed up and it's sad that he is only 21. Just dance and don't speak Aaron.

I think Aaron is a great dancer and he just needs to concentrate on his dance..He is only 21 and the lambada is a very grown up dance...For that I think he did great I think next week he will be back on top where he belongs I want to see him win.

Aaron is a cheater. Shouldn't be on a show where you dance for a living as it is. Singer/dancers shouldn't be on the show because they have an unfair advantage. Neither should have the fat @$$ gymnast that was on and won last year. That skank shouldn't have won, and neither should Aaron Carter. Just goes to show it's all a matter of who sleeps with who rather than votes
Aaron is a great dancer and I hope he gets to the finals; as for Maks, he was obviously in love, and having to work so close to Karina must have taken a toll. I wish both Maks and Karina the best; they are both great dancers, it's a pleasure to watch them, and I am sorry Maks if off for the season. Still, they deserve the best.
