A gentleman, indeed!
Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and Victoria’s Secret Angel Behati Prinsloo made their first public appearance as a couple at the GQ Gentlemen’s Ball in New York City Oct. 24. The two began dating in June, two months after Levine, 33, split with blonde supermodel Anne Vyalitsyna, 26.
According to an eyewitness, Levine “gently guided Behati with his right hand on the small of her back” inside the event. Before dinner was served, The Voice mentor pulled out Prinsloo’s chair. “They seemed very cozy at dinner, cuddling up a few times,” the eyewitness tells Us Weekly.
Levine and Prinsloo, 23, also chatted up Ted Danson and his daughter, Kate.
Though a source previously told Us Levine was “blindsided” when Vyalitsyna broke up with him after two years via a press statement, things seem to be more stable with Prinsloo, who’s worked alongside his ex. “He’s having fun with her right now,” a Levine pal explained over the summer. “He said he didn’t want to date a model again but hey, he’s a rock star, so it’s sort of in his blood!”
Maroon 5 will embark on a world tour Feb. 13, 2012, at the Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio. Prinsloo is gearing up for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, airing Thursday, Dec. 4, at 10 p.m. EST on CBS.
