Welcome to the Galapagos Islands, Jolie-Pitts!
On Tuesday, four days after confirming their engagement, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt — plus their six kids — flew to the Galapagos Islands for a family getaway.
The high-profile clan was spotted en-route to the eco-tourism destination, and Carlos Castin, an employee of the City of Santa Cruz on Santa Cruz Island, confirms the Jolie-Pitts' stay to Us Weekly.
Jolie, 36 and Pitt, 48, are reportedly staying at a posh resort on Santa Cruz Island with Maddox, 10, Pax, 8, Zahara, 7, Shiloh, 5, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 3. And it's more than appropriate that the couple of seven years should include their adorable kids to celebrate their long-delayed engagement.
The new Us Weekly, out now, reports that all six kids were present for Pitt's recent presentation of a $500,000, 16-carat ring he co-designed with longtime jeweler Robert Procop.
"Angelina cried and smiled" when her beau gave her the tablet-shaped diamond ring, a confidante tells Us. Maddox et al were emotional, too! "Everyone hugged once she put [the ring] on. She went around and showed it to each of the kids," the source says.
