Audrina Patridge: Heidi Has "Changed a Bit"

Audrina Patridge and Heidi Montag aren't as tight as they used to be.
"When we first met, she was really cool," Patridge, 24, said of Montag, 23, on Lopez Tonight Tuesday. "We remained cool. I mean, she's changed a bit."

Her personality has changed, Patridge said, and so have her looks.
"She got her chin chiseled, her nose done again, her cheeks, boobs redone, lipo, butt job, I don't know ten procedures ... in one day..."

She then added, "It's a lot."

Patridge also put an end to split rumors, insisting she and Ryan Cabrera are still an item.
"We have been together. We're not broken up," she said, echoing UsMagazine.com's original weekend report. "We started reading all of these rumors and seeing it on TV that we broke up. We're sitting there, and we just start laughing about it, like, Wow did we really break up? That's not true."

Even if Heidi removes the beach balls in her chest, her face will still look plastic and unemotional. I feel sorry for her. To think she needed an eye lift at age 23! her 40's will destroy her self image completely.

Audrina looks classier than Heidi. Heidi is so fake. She doesn't look like a person but one of those mannequins from the Old Navy commercial and even those mannequins look more real than Heidi!!!
MissingLC- You know how critical Spencer can be? Well..behind closed doors, he's probably like that with Heidi..not saying he is or isn't...but most likely he is. I can bet if she wasn't with that no good goober..she wouldn't have changed her looks. She knows she looked wayyyy better in the early hills days.

I just don't get how Heidi can think she looks good. She was much prettier before the knife. She looks fake like Joan Rivers. She should have left herself they way God made her.
