Bethenny Frankel: I "Don't Regret" Telling Jill Zarin to Get "a Hobby"

On Thursday's episode of The Real Housewives of New York, Jill Zarin confronts friend-turned-foe Bethenny Frankel for telling her that she needs to get a "hobby" because she obsesses over her life.

"I don't regret anything I've said," she told UsMagazine.com Tuesday at the NYC premiere of The Bounty Hunter. "If she's saying that I told her she needs to get a hobby, then that's accurate. That's what I said. I don't regret anything I've said."

This season, it also appears that Frankel's castmate LuAnn de Lesseps will take a stab at singing.
Who has the better voice - LuAnn or Atlanta Housewife Kim Zolciak, who dropped the single "Tardy for the Party" last year.
"I think LuAnn is a better singer," Frankel said. "But Kim is a better performer. Kim is so fiery. She really puts on a show. Their styles are different. We’ll see if LuAnn blossoms with it."

Frankel refused to say, but she told Us the ceremony will be "very soon -- as in days, not weeks."

42Team Jill, all the way. Getting a new man and focusing on your career doesn't mean you ditch your friends. She wasn't there for Jill when Bobby was fighting cancer, but Jill was there for her when she was having a rough patch. Jill has every right to be upset.
This entire war began because Bethany was working on her business and didn't have the same amount of time to spend with Jill as she had before. Jill sent Bethany a very rude email which prompted Bethany to leave the alleged mean voice mail. Had Jill just called Bethany back and worked through the issues all would have been fine. Instead she got extremely angry and began trashing Bethany all over New York and anywhere else someone would listen to Jill. Jill played the tape for all who would listen as well as playing it on the show. What none of has seen is the very nasty email Jill sent to Bethany that started this feud. We haven't seen the email because Bethany is a class act. She also didn't give up on the friendship until Jill crossed a line that changed everything. Jill is the one I will never watch again. If she is on a show I will boycott that show. After Bravo aired the voice mail Jill Zarin saved and played for all to listen I began boycotting Bravo, until Bethany's show airs. Thank you for all the bethenny comments! I thought I was the only one who sees her fakeness for what it is. She has no one in her life b/c she IS the mean girl. I think she ignored Jill b/c she was obsessing over that dork Jason to the point that the friendship was gone. Jill tried to be her BFF/mother by calling her and encouraging her. Beth doesn't know how to be a friend or family member. Ramona is right, she'll screw up this relationship. Its doomed.
They've both made mistakes - what friends haven't. BUT Jill is more interested in being right and getting even than being friends again.

I think Kim is a self centered B. When she was lonely she was under Jill's tail and when she got a man and a best seller, she ditched her. People like that are users and needy when they are down on their luck or depressed for whatever reason. Whenever they get back on their feet, they are swinging with the ones they think who got them there instead of the faithful friend who was there for years through the up and down. Jill consider yourself lucky you found out before she cried herself into you husband's arm.

I too am confused by Bethany. Having a good man, a hopefully healthy baby on the way, a great career, why is she so sour? I lost my husband, my parents, my home, my own business and I have never been as sour as she is. Gratitude Bethany will take you much further than that sorry looking sour face/attitude you now have.

look, lets be honest here, everyone in a new relationship gets caught up. B was and she was busy with tours and book signings as her career took off. Jill loves to fix things and loves the underdog bethany is no longer the underdog and jill no longer has control, so shes mad. the friendship is now more equal. she has to understand this. b is her best friend, friends fight, get over it. alauann is a fake snake, kelly is just vacant , she is so self absorbed its ridiculous,Romona is nuts, alex is nice, but im still waiting to see her bad side.
Wow, Bethenney's face looks all droopy in that photo - what is up with that? I used to think she was so gorgeous all the time but this season she's either gotten real ugly in some shots and/or always was that way and I'm just now noticing. Anyway, Bethenney is vile. She doesn't regret anything she has said - are you kidding me? All normal people regret things they say, especially if they're the type to always be snarking on people like the way Bethenny does. She should regret at least something. But I guess she doesn't have much of a conscience.
OMG bethanny what are u doing? Last season you were one of my favorites, but now you are like a Chihuahua that never shuts the hell up. STOP FIGHTING with everyone. Jason is going to leave your A**! REALLY! He will see you in a totally different light. Just stop like Kelly says. I hated Kelly last season but now I think she is the only sane person on the show aside from Alex.

I was just remembering Bethenny saying to Jason, "I'm in and I'm in big". How artificial and canned does that sound? Like she's saying dramatic lines for the camera. Soon she will really get on Jason's last nerve and he'll be outta there.
I say she's cruisin' for a bruisin' down the road with her swelled ego and shaking off people who were there for her before she got her 15 mins., like yesterday's news. I don't know how long it will take before she drives her fiance' bonkers with her hypermania and big yap, but I'm going to guess she's going to miss casting a good friend to the ditch one day.
I used to like B last 2 season until her real colors have shown this season. One can only be fake for so long. I cannot wait until she is off of my favorite show RHONY so I don't have to fast forward of scenes of just her and her skinny crap or with her "vomit in my mouth" scenes with Jason. She is too desperate with scene with Jason, just so we forget about her past failure. There is got to be something wrong with someone who can't love her family.
