Update: Lawyer: Charlie Sheen's Wife in Wellness Program, Not "Rehab"

Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller has not checked into a treatment center despite a flurry of internet rumors Wednesday morning, her attorney insists to UsMagazine.com.
Entertainment Tonight had reported that Mueller was in a drug and alcohol center in North Carolina. RadarOnline even goes as far to say she was smoking crack before going to rehab.(Mueller, 32, was arrested on a DUI charge in 1996 and for cocaine possession in 2001.)

But her lawyer, Yale Gallanter, tells Us she is in a wellness program. "Brooke is not in rehab," he says. "She is in North Carolina with her mom for some R & R pursuant to doctor's orders."

Mueller still cannot communicate with Sheen, 44, due to a protective order provided to her following an alleged domestic incident Christmas Day.

But Sheen, along with the help of nannies, are looking after their 10-month-old twin sons, Bob and Max.

What's the difference between wellness & rehab programs? I'll tell you nothing just a fancier way of putting it. Makes his client look better that is what he get's paid to do. He is not just the attorney he is the PR person sounds like he is jack of all trades. Simplier term go to bull-shi* guy.

How can they say she hasn't seen Charlie? He was granted permission to visit her in the hospital. Charlie should go to rehab and get some help for his anger issues before the judge lifts the restraining order. I wish her a speedy recovery though.
Charlie should file for divorce asap. Give her the CS 25 million nad be done with the inevitable. Brooke is going to divorce him in about 1 or 2 years. Good time for him to get joint custody. Luckily for him, the case against by Brooke of spousal abuse will be lessened.It won't be thrown out,dismissed, but lessened. His background, the law states with or without women's cooperation, charges stay, women's rights,file profile case,etc., Chralie will have comm. service time, etc. What a mess.

She got the pneumonia from smoking crack.
If she's NOT in rehab. She should probably go and so should Charlie. He is a drug/alcohol/sex addict.
She wants to present to the judge that she's a fit mom by going to Treatment.
She and Charlie should lose custody of the kids for their dreadful behaviour. What kind of parents put the kids safety and emotional well being in last place. She did not need to fly to CArolina to get rest or help, California is full of spas, convalescent and rehab centers.

Her attorney is claiming she is just resting but she couldhave done that anywhere in California and not had to have flown against doctores orders.
