Chloe Sevigny says she was bummed out that her dress got ripped as she walked on stage to accept her best supporting actress Golden Globe Sunday night.
The Big Love star, 35, told UsMagazine.com she felt "amazing" in the ruffled Valentino frock.

Asked how she picked it out, she said, "It just spoke to me."
"Unfortunately, the gentleman who escorted me up to the stage when I won this grand award stepped on it as he was walking away and tore it," she told Us in the press room. "So now it is slightly more tattered even after the rain. But I will make it through. I love the gown."
See what all the stars wore to the Golden Globes!
She ended up changing into a a Christian Lacroix dress for the after parties. She said she loves a good "dress hunt," as well as "trying on a bunch of great gowns and seeing the construction of the gowns and holding them and trying them on. It's something that not many people get to do."
Did you love, or hate, these Golden Globe looks?
She told Us her win still hasn't hit her.
"I'll probably celebrate with my girlfriends when I go back home to New York," she said. "They'll all come over and drink champagne, and we’ll have a dance party."

Tell Us What You Think
47I just saw the incident on video for the first time - after reading all the hate comments, I was left half disgusted, half laughing after actually viewing the tape. In re to some people, this has been one of the BIGGEST OVERREACTIONS I have ever seen! Chloe was fine! She did nothing wrong! Im not sure what some of you other 'too precious' people were watching but I actually thought her reaction was quite humourous, cute and tongue in cheek. There was nothing nasty about it whatsoever. All those hating on her because of this, take a look at yourselves. You're reaction to such a non-event (which was never in the slightest bit nasty - just shocked and humourous) is farcical.
Gosh people, relax. I honestly think Chloe was just bein a bit of a smarta** in a tongue in cheek way and you just dont get her 'humour'. I doubt very much she was actually trying to be a b**** about it. From what I know about her, she's very intelligent and sarcasm/cynicism is part of her humour. You're making a mountain out of a molehill. Also - to those who compare her displeasure to those suffering in Haiti, please get over yourselves, Im sure you're whinging about petty crap in your lives every bit as much. Chloe is mega talented and gorgeous imo. Watch her in 'Boys Dont Cry' and tell me she isnt one of the best actresses on EARTH.
Chloe, I'm speaking to you now. SHUT UP!
What a rude person. She's very masculine looking too. Ugly inside and out!
I'm so sorry she's so unhappy. If only the people of Haiti could understand how devestated she must feel about a ripped dress.
TBH-she was rude. It was live on television. I'm just quite sure the guy did not do it on purpose...who would. And really...this is what we are worrying about with everything else going on. How about just being grateful for the award. I think she is great on the show, but wow...nasty in person!
Her character and personality matches her face-UGLY!
Her true colors exposed-LIVE!
Her character and personality suits her looks-UGLY!
I don't think she was rude or nasty. They guy stepped on a dress that was probably borrowed from the designer. Actresses often borrow dresses and jewelery for these events, so it would be upsetting if your borrowed dress was stepped on. Besides, even if it was her own and she bought it, it's an expensive designer gown, she has every right to be upset.
The dress is ugly, maybe a few more tears all over it would help. The guy was trying to do her a favor.
I was shocked at how rude she was, she made no less than 2 comments about it. Get over it, your dress is torn, you won an award for acting when people are suffering in Haiti and other places. Her comments were very rude and made me think she is self centered. I'm sure Sandra Bullock would have been a lot nice of this had happened to her.
That's a dress? I thought it was a giant tulip. And about the dress "speaking" to her...did it say, "Wear me! I'm ugly and hard to move in!"?
What a nasty, inconsiderate, and completely trashy way to react to an innocent mistake! She's an actress making loads of money. Why try to get the poor guy who escorted her onstage fired? Graciousness and good humor would have been called for. Her nastiness speaks volumes about how she must treat waiters, stylists, cabbies, assistants, and anyone else who has the misfortune to cross her path.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I saw the clip just a few minutes ago. I'm not sure if she was being nasty about it or not. She may just have that tone in her voice that always comes out wrong. Then again, she could have been being nasty about. Who knows. Don't really care... I'm just stating my opinion while killing some time before an online class.
Yucky.
Wow, what a self-centered slag. STFU, Chloe. You're an idiot and ugly to boot.
Those defending Chloe are a bunch of tards.
Chloe is just an ugly person on the outside as well as the inside. Her dress ripping was not that big of a deal. It was ugly anyway!!!
